The Bakersfield Marathon & Half Marathon is set to take place on November 12, 2017 in Bakersfield, California. A $10 discount has been given to official Fifty States Half Marathon Club members. The course if flat with a 167' total loss in elevation, with a post race beer garden, food trucks and vendors. Gender specific tech shirts for participants.
Half marathon finishers must make it to the 8 mile mark within 1:40 minutes (which is a 12:50 pace per mile), but can take another 4 hours to complete the remaining 5.1 miles. Preview of half marathon medal coming soon!
